Nexi is a mischievous spider monkey spirit animal who appears in Broken Ground. She is the spirit animal of the Greencloak first mate Arac.

Rollan may have been the first to spot her in passive form when Arac had not buttoned his collar, revealing a bit of her tail. Later, Nexi physically appears messing around with food on the Tellun's Pride II, stealing some of Rollan’s bread. Arac revealed he had trouble keeping her in passive form despite the fear of the strained bond.
