The Prince's Honor is a ship owned by Shane's family in honor of him. It was never revealed what happened to it.

The ship was built as a magnificent pride and joy of the new Stetriolan fleet in the climax of the book when Gar claims to go to war with Erdas once again, Shane originally refused the idea to captain the ship that was named in his honor but once he decides to become the new Devourer he decides to go to war with Erdas to rule.
Wild Born (supposedly, not named)[]
Abeke boarded the ship alongside Shane and instead of being described as a war ship it was more like a ship for comfort and was also steered by rockback whales.
Rise and Fall (supposedly, not named)[]
After escaping the Conqueror assembly Shane tells Abeke that the boat she took from Okaihee was his families ship due to this statement and his ability to captain it with ease this may be the Prince's Honor, after being on sea for three days the two dock at Greenhaven during Tarik's funeral.
The Evertree (supposedly, not named)[]
Rollan mentioned The Prince's Honor was still docked at Greenhaven due to Shane not needing it after he escaped with the talismans on Halawir's back.[1]
